Neil is a Director of Senergy Holdings Limited. He is Senergy Group’s Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for Mergers & Acquisitions, the Finance Function, Corporate Governance and Investor Relations.
He has had a varied career with over 15 years experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and Financial Advisory Services,. He has worked with Ernst & Young LLP, ultimately leading their Oilfield Services Corporate Finance business in the UK and most recently with Bank of Scotland Corporate as Principal Director in their Oil & Gas Integrated Finance Investment business.
On joining Senergy in December 2006 he has taken on a variety of roles extending to assistance in the development of Senergy’s Strategy, leading Senergy’s acquisitive growth, bringing his deal making experience to bear and providing commercial assistance to the various businesses within the Senergy Group.
