In January 2005, the subsurface consultancy Reservoir Management
Limited (RML) and the well engineering specialists, Xcavo merged to
become Senergy.
Two years later came the acquisition of geoscience consultancy Production Geoscience Ltd (PGL),
whose core business included integrated reservoir evaluation, log
analysis, seismic interpretation, seismic inversion and modelling, 3D
geological modelling, reservoir/petroleum engineering, software
development, data loading and database administration. These
disciplines were a perfect fit with Senergy's business model and
service provision.
The following year, Senergy acquired Aberdeenshire-based Floyd & Associates (F&A), now known as Senergy Floyds.
Senergy Floyds is one of the UK’s leading independent project
management consultancies in geohazard assessment, marine site surveys
and rig positioning.
It forms the foundations of Senergy Survey & GeoEngineering, operating alongside Senergy’s Oil and Gas and Alternative Energy businesses.
In
March 2008, the acquisition of ISIS, the Aberdeen and Bath based marine
geotechnology and engineering consultancy, continues the growth of
Senergy as a global diversified energy services company. Senergy ISIS, as it is now known, along with Senergy Floyds, shapes the Senergy Survey and GeoEngineering business.
LEA (Leading Edge Advantage) Limited then joined Senergy in August 2008, adding to our breadth and depth of offering. Our Advanced Drilling Techniques (ADT) specialists add a unique skillset to complement Senergy’s existing expertise in Well Engineering and Wellbore Performance.
