Henry is a geologist. He established PGL in 1990 and is now a Director for Senergy Holdings Ltd, Senergy Ltd and Senergy Alternative Energy as well as being the Banchory Location Manager. His guiding principles in management have been adopted by the company's board, and have helped to create a strong and committed staff. He continues to manage responsibility for people, community and environmental issues across the whole organisation as well as leading the development of non oil and gas business in the fields of carbon capture and renewables.
